Terms of Conduct

1. Who this applies to

These guidelines apply to everyone in the AquilaCyber community — the WhatsApp community, the HIT program, GitHub repositories, events, and any other AquilaCyber space.

2. What we expect from you

• Be respectful — disagreement is fine, disrespect isn't
• Help beginners instead of gatekeeping
• Give credit for others' work and write-ups
• Only test skills against systems and labs you're explicitly authorized to test — never against real third-party systems

3. Not okay, ever

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind
• Using skills learned here for unauthorized access, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Cheating on CTFs or challenges (sharing flags, etc.)
• Spam, self-promotion unrelated to cybersecurity, or scams
• Sharing others' personal information without consent

4. Reporting a problem

If someone breaks these guidelines, or you experience or witness anything that makes a space feel unsafe, report it to aquilacyber@gmail.com.

5. Consequences

Depending on severity, violations can lead to a warning, temporary removal, or a permanent ban from AquilaCyber spaces and programs.
